Wyntec is a Brisbane Based Managed Services Provider delivering IT Solutions nationally for 12 years. Our services span Cloud & Infrastructure, IT Operations, Digital Transformation and Cyber Security. 

We are looking for dedicated IT support professional with proven technology experience, someone who is a safe pair of hands for our customer’s IT difficulties and someone who has a passion for putting the customer first. 

This full-time permanent role will see you responsible for supporting the technology environments across our broad range of clients for everything from the desktop to the cloud. 

This role will be based from our Brisbane Head Office and will at times require travel to locations across Brisbane. The role will participate in an on-call support roster and be available to work outside business hours, as required.


  • The ability to provide onsite, telephone & remote support to our clients, based in the Brisbane City Area
  • Desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD, Azure and O365 environments.
  • Supporting Desktop hardware, networking, Wireless and Server environments. 
  • Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for clients. 
  • Opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment.
  • Provide escalated support & guidance to Level 1 team
  • Work with highly experienced Engineers and Managers to maintain best practice environments.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess most, if not all of the following:

  • Competence in the effective management of customer relationships in a way that is both professional and upbeat.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft environments including Office 365 and Windows 10, coupled with a good understanding of backup systems, Anti-Virus, UPS and phone systems.
  • Proven experience providing networking, wireless and internet support, ideally in HPE and WatchGuard.
  • Solid abilities in racking and cable management.
  • Great troubleshooting skills combined with calmness under pressure.
