We are currently seeking an IT Support Desk Analyst to provide 1st level support (telephone, email, and remote support) to all Wyntec Clients, ensuring all issues are logged, responded to, and resolved within our KPIs/ and agreed timeframes.

The role will involve you answering inbound phone calls, providing technical support to end users, making phone calls to follow-up issues, as well as engaging with 3rd party providers/vendors for additional support.
You’ll be hands-on with many technologies from remote support to onsite work – covering servers, desktops, networks, cloud, and security applications.
