We are currently seeking an experienced IT/ Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead the Service Team in a technical experience capacity and ensure that all client and internal IT infrastructure, systems and data is proactively managed, maintained and secured.

The role will involve you providing escalated technical support to the service desk and NOC teams, troubleshooting and problem resolution for escalated requests and findings. You’ll therefore provide telephone, email and remote support to Wyntec Clients, ensuring all issues are logged, responded to and resolved within agreed timeframes
